Your data in Beipi

This dashboard stores your platform identifiers, names, channel creation dates, encrypted connection tokens, sign-in sessions, planning items, schedules, uploaded banners and Discord message/event identifiers.

Personal items are visible to you. Team calendar items, notes and tasks are visible to moderators you approve, with Twitch role verification. Discord publications are visible according to the server’s channel permissions.

You can disconnect platform accounts from Connections, revoke team access, and delete saved planning items. Disconnecting keeps previously saved dates and Discord publications. Use the schedule cleanup button to remove Beipi’s upcoming events and schedule post.

The person operating this Railway project controls its storage and backups. Contact them for account removal or other data requests. Platform providers and Railway process requests under their own policies.
